For 13 years, I've been on a path of whole self-healing and spiritual awakening. Deeply immersed in transformative self-care work while studying energy, meditation, spirituality, and trauma healing. I developed a belief system that walks the path between science and magic, as well as special interests in life cycles, and human development. I have a background in coaching, women’s empowerment and small business. In my journey through grieving the passing of immediate family members and close friends, I was called to practice energy work. In 2020, I trained in Usui Reiki Energy Healing, becoming attuned to Reiki Master. I worked to accelerate my meditation practice to attune my extra sensory perception and fluency in our first language of vibration, symbols and patterns.
As an Energy Practitioner and Spiritual Guide, my gift is to create a space where you sense you're safe enough to release tension in your mind and body and feel worthy of receiving healing energy and spiritual guidance. My goal is to empower you to establish a deeper connection to yourself, attain energetic balance and live in alignment with your true nature. I'm here to share my field notes on self-discovery and spirituality through service, story and humor. I offer an intuitive and a sensible approach to self-care as a sage voice of reason, and a desire to normalize the experiences of healing, grieving and awakening.
My mission is to guide your perspective inward and support you in communication with your soul. My community work is honor and presthe collective shift in awakening and expanding consciousness. My wish is to understand and honor our nature as wondrous, multi-faceted spirits sourced from love, having a human experience.

When we allow our energetic selves to receive Reiki life force energy, we are able to tune in with a natural energy that promotes emotional healing, relief from unhealthy attachments, deep relaxation for your body and medicinal meditation for your mind. Reiki also assists in relieving pain, trauma healing, grief and mourning cycles, as well as general stress and tension relief. When we work together, whether we’re channeling energy on the reiki table, through connection in conversation, an oracle guidance session with spirit or doing rituals and ceremonies, we’re shifting energy. Energy flows where intention goes. Beloved, miracles happen when we work with the intention of healing and love for you.
Energy work and meditation go hand in hand. If energy work is the key, meditation is the key hole. The guided meditation I provide in session frames the entire experience.
